This chandelier is a masterful example of the transitional period between decorative Art Deco and emerging Functionalism (Bauhaus) in early 20th-century Czechoslovakia. The fixture captivates with its unique material combination, typical of luxury interwar interiors. The foundation is a dynamically shaped chrome-plated steel construction, complemented by refined wooden elements. During restoration, the original wooden polish was professionally revived, and the chrome parts were polished to a high luster.

The main visual centerpiece consists of five shades made of colored glass, each with a 16 cm diameter. These tinted shades add warmth to the otherwise strict geometric form and, when lit, create a very specific, almost theatrical atmosphere in the room.

The item has undergone a complete professional restoration and features new wiring with standard E27 sockets, ensuring seamless compatibility with modern or energy-efficient LED bulbs.

The chandelier has been fully rewired to meet current European safety standards. Due to this professional electrification and restoration, the piece is ready for safe and immediate operation in electrical grids worldwide.
