This exclusive pair of armchairs is a masterpiece of world design from the early 20th century, crafted in Vienna. The designer is the renowned architect and designer Josef Franz Maria Hoffmann, founder of the Wiener Werkstätte artistic workshops, whose work fundamentally influenced the direction of European Modernism. The armchair structure is crafted from a combination of solid mahogany and veneer, lending the furniture the deep tones and noble appearance typical of peak Viennese Secession.

The pieces have undergone professional restoration, during which the original wood polish was sensitively revived to highlight its natural beauty and luxurious texture. A striking decorative element that emphasizes the architectural concept of the design is the brass heads and bases of the pillars, creating a sophisticated contrast with the dark mahogany. The overall construction is exceptionally strong and stable, confirming the uncompromising craftsmanship of Hoffmanns workshops.

The uniqueness of this pair is highlighted by the traditional original upholstery made of genuine dyed leather, which remains in very well-preserved condition. The leather is firm and has not lost its tension, allowing the chairs to retain their original comfort and historical integrity. This set represents not only a highly prized collectors artifact but also a functional piece of furniture with an unmistakable character that will become the centerpiece of any stylish interior.
