This set of four nesting tables is a masterpiece of modernist furniture and an icon of the Bauhaus school from the early 20th century. The visionary Marcel Breuer, one of the first to experiment with tubular steel, created this brilliant design. The tables were manufactured by the world famous Thonet company in Czechoslovakia. Their construction is designed so that the tables fit perfectly into each other, making them not only an aesthetic gem but also an extremely practical and space saving interior element.

The entire set has undergone a meticulous restoration process. The tubular chrome plated steel was professionally cleaned to a high luster, highlighting the clean, geometric lines. The oak veneered surfaces feature a refreshed original wood polish, which emphasizes the natural texture of the wood and creates a warm contrast to the cold chrome. This set represents a rare opportunity to own one of the most significant design works of the 20th century in top condition.
