This minimalist stool is a superb example of Bauhaus functionalist design, dating back to 1930s Czechoslovakia. It was manufactured by the renowned Mücke Melder factory, a specialist in high-quality tubular steel furniture. The tubular chrome-plated steel frame has been professionally cleaned during restoration to regain its original mirror-like luster.

The seat is made of beech plywood, featuring a sensitively revived wood polish that highlights the natural grain and its warm tone, providing a perfect contrast to the cool chrome. The entire piece has been expertly restored, representing an ideal blend of industrial aesthetics and practicality. Thanks to its understated form and high-quality craftsmanship, this stool is perfectly suited for a dtable or as a stylish accent in a modern interior.
