This chandelier is a prime example of functionalist elegance and the Bauhaus movement in 1930s Czechoslovakia. Its design relies on clean geometric composition and high utility. The foundation is a subtle yet sturdy chrome-plated steel construction, which has been professionally polished to a high luster. The uniqueness of this piece is highlighted by two round shades with a 17 cm diameter, crafted from colored opal glass. This colored variation of opal glass is less common, adding a unique character and a warm lighting atmosphere to the strict functionalist form.

The item has undergone complete professional restoration. The fixture is equipped with new wiring and standard E27 sockets, allowing for the seamless use of modern or energy-efficient LED bulbs.

The chandelier has been fully rewired to meet current European safety standards. This professional electrification ensures universal compatibility and safe operation in electrical grids worldwide.
