This round table is a shining example of Czechoslovak functionalism and the Bauhaus aesthetic from the 1930s. It was manufactured in the prestigious factory of Hynek Gottwald in Brandys nad Orlici. The Gottwald company was a pioneer in the production of tubular furniture in Europe. Its products are still valued today for the perfect balance between industrial austerity and elegance typical of the First Republic period.

The table has undergone a complete restoration process. The tubular chrome-plated steel was professionally cleaned to regain its high luster and clean lines. The wooden parts feature a refreshed original color, which creates a harmonious whole in combination with the cold metal. Thanks to its subtle yet stable construction, this table is an ideal accessory for modern and historical interiors, where it stands out as a centerpiece or a stylish coffee table.
