This table lamp is an iconic representative of Functionalist design and the Bauhaus movement in 1930s Czechoslovakia. Its strictly geometric and rational form is a perfect example of period modernism, where every detail serves a purpose. The lamp foundation is a construction of chrome-plated steel and aluminum, which has been professionally cleaned during restoration to highlight the contrast between its mirror-like luster and technical metal character. The centerpiece of the lamp is the opal glass shade with a 17 cm diameter, ensuring an even and soft diffusion of light without glare.

The item has undergone complete professional restoration and is fitted with new wiring and an E27 socket, allowing for the seamless use of modern or energy-efficient LED bulbs.

The lamp has been fully rewired to meet current European safety standards. This professional electrification ensures universal compatibility and safe operation in electrical grids worldwide.
