Mid-Century
This chandelier is an excellent representative of 1960s Czechoslovak design, following the Mid-Century Modern aesthetic. The fixture stands out for its minimalist elegance and clean lines, which are hallmark features of this era. The foundation is a subtle yet sturdy chrome-plated steel tube, which has been professionally cleaned during restoration to regain its high mirror-like luster.
The centerpiece of the chandelier is a large white opal glass shade. Its shape transitions smoothly from a conical upper section to a wider ring, ensuring both an attractive visual profile and perfect, soft light diffusion. This type of shade prevents glare and creates a very pleasant, warm atmosphere in the interior.
The chandelier has undergone a complete technical overhaul, including new professional wiring that meets current safety standards. Thanks to its versatile yet striking design, it is perfectly suited for modern interiors as well as retro-styled spaces, making it an ideal choice for a dining table or a study.
