The clock mechanism was supplied by the JAS company, it is wound manually.
The merger of the JAS and Anýž companies represented the cutting edge of the time – Štěpánek supplied the “brain” (a precision mechanical machine with manual winding) and Anýžs workshop produced a luxurious metal case.
