This chandelier is an iconic representative of Bauhaus functionalist design, manufactured in Czechoslovakia during the 1930s. The lighting fixture embodies the aesthetics of modernism, where form strictly follows function. Its clean, geometric silhouette and lack of superfluous ornamentation make it a timeless piece that became a symbol of progressive interwar living.

The foundation of the chandelier is a subtle chrome-plated steel construction, which has been professionally cleaned to a high mirror finish as part of the restoration process. The centerpiece is a white opal glass shade with a diameter of 25 cm. The globe-shaped glass with a flat bottom ensures a perfect and soft diffusion of light, creating a harmonious and balanced lighting atmosphere without harsh shadows.

The item has undergone a complete technical revitalization, including new professional wiring that meets current safety standards. The chandelier is equipped with a standard E27 socket, allowing for the easy use of modern LED bulbs. Due to its versatile and highly elegant appearance, it is an ideal choice for minimalist or industrial interiors, whether used in a hallway, bedroom, or living room.
